can someone tell me if the axles splines are the same size between 4wd and 2wd's? i'm wanting to know if the axle diameter is the same size at the spline and at the bearing

I have a 4wd rearend that I can use for massurements insted of tearing the one apart in my driver

 

They are different, I think 2wds are 28 spline and 4wd is 30 spline...

 

I dont care about spline numbers its size I need to know
