If anybody needs any help with taking out the bolts on the rear side of the leaf springs (hanger side) here is some pictures of how I removed them instead of trying to pound the sh!t out of it, cutting it, or using a torch. All bolts is 19mm. I used some wd40, a 25mm socket, and a c-clamp to pop them out. Couldn’t find anything here on any of the threads about removing leaf springs so I figured I post something up.

You're supposed to remove both nuts on the shackles and then the side with the studs pressed in just slides out of the bushings on the frame and leaf spring.

Is that a train hone or musical? Trains usually take 2 horns to make the tone you normally hear.

Your saying when you take both nuts off it relieves the stress on the bolts..?

You let the suspension droop, pull the nuts and yea for the most part it relieves some pressure, granted there is still the weight of the axle and springs on those bolts but yea.

what i said is how you're supposed to remove the shackles. Lets be real, it would be dumb as shit to have to press out those studs and have to somehow press them back in with the shackle on the truck...

Damn I had no idea, I was still able to get the job done, and able to press it back in without any problems or stripping the bolt
