Usually no. At least I've never heard of anyone disabling the rear brakes for a burnout,as that would make you lose your rear brakes later on when needed. Were you thinking of a line lock like is used in drag racing? The only simple way I can think of would be a in-cab proportioning valve that you mark for normal and burnouts. The valve cutting back all fluid from the rear, thus, no rear brakes, when you want to do a burnout. I'm sure theres an easier way and someone with more experience will chime in with the correct answer.

    Horsepower will do it.

Without needing to mess with the brakes.

funny part there is away to do it with no issue's it call a hose pinch tool or brake line pinch tool

on the rubber line in the back going to your axle

and do burn outs all day long

you just need to learn how to do a proper burnout. Your brakes are designed so the fronts are stronger, if you dont push the pedal all the way only the fronts work.

No line lock or messed up brakes required lol

Don't remove any brakes . It's not safe or very practical . The rear drums aren't that strong motor should be able to over power them easily . And like mentioned torque or a modified motor should be able to tear ass when needed
