Looking to buy a stop idel/fuel cut off solenoid ... If anyone knows anyone that has one please let me know...

 

i can see about picking one up from the local yard if you really need one?

 

well thats what my machanic said, but I was wondering how that thing even works... only reason I ask is because my truck sat in a driveway for about 1 to 2 years before I got a hold of it and started working on it. Do those solenoids go like that or if I start using it more often will it begin to work properly agian.... (mine seems to be starving the motor or fuel with at a dead stop)...
