    brass plug

They sell those brass plugs. Unscrew those nipples and bring it in to match threads with a plug. or a hose with a bolt in the end and a hose clamp but thats high pressure. Maybe double hose clamp to be safe.

Most aftermarket manufactures build universal replacement radiators because it is cost effective ie you can have one part number that is good for both autos or manual transmissions. If you have a manual transmission it is not a must that you plug the fittings. It is not going to change the performance of the radiator or leak. The idea of plugging the radiator is to prevent foreign material such as dust from entering the cooler just in case you want to use it later with an auto.

Use it for an oil cooler instead.

So a rubber cap would do? Nothing will leak? Or should i just cap them off to be safe like Melessohomegrown had mentioned? Thanks again guys

As stated before you can leave them as is and it will not change anything other than the looks of it. It will not leak any thing.

If it bothers you that much, cut them off tight to the radiator ,& close off with silicone or something.
No coolant is there ,the trany fluid would move through a lower sealed off area to be cooled!
Check by filling with water !!

tomorrow! you can easily do it. Pliers are needed for those huge OEM hose clamps...
10mm sockets for the shroud. plier and 8mm wrench (or 10mm?) for the fan. should be done real quick.
