radiator support? (core support)

    has anyone ever changed out their radiator support?
    im gonna have to change mine out....when i bought my truck the previous owner got into an accident and the radiator support is pushed back like 4 inches on the passenger side...

    I havnt changed mini out yet but i neet to. i hav a 88 and the prev owner ran it into a taho and pushed it bak then tried to straighten it out so nothing lines uo now.

    you have to drill out the spot welds, and basically cut it out. then weld a new one in. they arent a bolt in. but, not that hard if you measure like a junkyard truck thats not smashed at various points so you can make sure its all correct before you weld. the numbers are probably available online too. body shop might be able to get you the specs from their books/sources
