I'm new to the site and looking to lower my 90 single cab...haha made the user name prematurely...but after researching decided to crank the torsion bar in the front and remove leaf spring and get 3 in blocks in rear...what are your thoughts on this setup? from what ive seen this seems to be the easiest way to go and most cost effective...i just need to be directed to a site where i can get the blocks....thanks in advance for the help

I usuly get mine from summitracing.com they have their own brand now. And summit products never let me down. Don't buy djm. They suck. Weak design. Summit is a much sturdier part. :D

How low you lookin to go? Cause 3" blocks and removing a leaf will drop it 4-5". You will REALLY hate the ride. I would just do the blocks. Torsions up is fine, but if you want a better ride and have the cash I suggest buying drop spindles for the front, you'll maintain most of your ride.

I did 2" drop spindles, 3" blocks, & Toxic drop shocks front & rear

drop spindles or the drop lower arms for sure keep the ride good, but it depends how low you wanna go and how much you wanna spend. the white one there looks good, but i personally like my stuff static tuckin :D

You won't find better quality blocks than these. Any size, any taper, even on small ones to be used w/drop leafs. I offer 3 different u-bolt options too. I'd stay away from aluminum blocks for sure though. SD YOTA is running my 9/16" fatties on his welded diff truck. (which are my 3rd u-bolt option) They don't stretch like the cheap junk he was using, they were coming looses constantly, but not a big seller since not everyone wants to pay for the grade eight 9/16" fatties. But those who are serious about quality don't mind. I've heard way too many horror stories on these forums about those cheap $32 pep-boys kits...total crap.

    Blocks $53.95

    u-bolts

    standard grade 3 w/upgraded grade 5 hardware $39.95

    Upgraded grade 5 w/ grade 8 hardware $52.95

    USPS priority shipping $14.80

I spent $408 (including shipping) on my drop kit.

I got my corners off craigslist. I'm sure you could find some on ebay or something. Did some searching on a few site but all I could find was clear bumper lights, here are those sites.

You love the ride alot more. I bought the drop spindles and shocks from stylintrucks.com, and got the blocks from a buddy of mine that pulled 'em off his Hardbody.
