Well this is it. The final bump. I know you'll all miss me slightly If you are registered or are going to register day of please wait for an attendant to show you where to park then proceed inside to the Griot's Store to pick up your registration and voting pamphlet. If you do not have a registration paper in your front window you will be asked to park elsewhere or be at risk of being towed as the show area is strictly for cars entered in the show. There will be some parking in front of the Griot's store and on the side street. If you are to be parked on the concours (grass area) there are some special parking instructions you'll need to follow. So whats new you ask? Well we are allowing you to bring extra parts and what not you'd like to sell swap meet style! You must keep it to a dull roar and it has to fit within your parking spot behind your car. But this is your chance to swap stuff with guys from all over the country and it's included in your registration Also we will once again be having food prepared by our lovely chef Gabi. It's FREE but we will be asking for a small donation to go towards toys for tots! Also there will be vendors selling stuff on site so be sure to bring extra cash to pick up your PSTOF 10' shirt or one of the many other things offered by our excellent sponsors and vendors. And fair warning please do not burn out, speed, or damage property as there will be Tacoma Police patrolling the area and you will also not be allowed back to any PSTOC events as we do not appreciate negative attention that is brought to our community by incidents such as these. Thank you! And as always remember to get those preregistrations in so we can make parking as smooth as possible.
is anybody interested in rolling down as a group? we could meet at my place in downtown then cruise to tacoma. i plan to leave early for decent spots. say be in downtown around 9am leave by 9:15 hoping some talent from this forum goes, last year a trophy came back to this forum. that truck is attending, under a different owner and not nearly as good looking. but there are some wicked trucks around here that never make it out to shows, bring em out weather will be dry.
I'm planning on attending the event in my p/u. I am up in the air about which direction I'm coming from. There is talk about me being in Olympia on Saturday and staying over then driving from there, but now there is talk that I'll be staying home and being able to drive down from Lake Stevens. However, if that is the case, there was a group from PSTOC.org that was going to meet at Toyota of Kirkland and cruise down (I even think donuts were mentioned). If you're not interested in meeting @ Kirkland, and I'm not in Olympia, then I'd be happy to meet in Seattle and drive down with you! Either way, I'll know later today or Saturday morning!
Well, I'm home tonight, but still kind of up in the air on whether I'm attending or not. I have to do some work for my second job this weekend, but computer systems have been down. Let me know when and where you are planning on heading out, and I'll send you a text in the morning to let you know my status.
well first off... YOU SUCK not 1 single solitary person from toyotaminis showed up except me, and i didnt bring a truck. even the person i gave my hilux to bitched out. there was 1 count em 1 street truck there that was "old" and it was a moss covered static 79, not that it was a bad truck, but there are a few awesome trucks around here, and surprise, surprise, he won a trophy. there also wasnt a single truck entered in the show that was "new" for the street, i think that trophy went to a 4x4 09 tundra cuz it was on street tires and stock. but the show was awesome heres the link for pics if you have the facebook http://www.facebook.com/PSTOC?v=photos# ... 208&ref=mf there were also epic prizes. i didnt get a trophy this year... instead i got a FREE paint job for the wagon. you F'ers missed out. ps: cutris you should of text me, was polishing and cleaning the wagon, not surfing the net, just saw your post.
My everything is sore after yesterday. But as long as people had a good time and we helped ALOT of kids today it's all worth it. I had no time to play camera jockey but I hope there's alot. I still boo that I lost to a stock SC lol. There maybe that will fill our gripe quota for the year Thank you everyone! And special thanks goes out to all the board member's and volunteers that made this show possible. We do not personally profit from anything we do here on PSTOC so just remember we are here to help share our love of toyota products and meet new friends. So please help us spread the word and we hope a lot of you guys that signed up on pstoc.org will stick around too as your not just a screen name on PSTOC unlike on some of the other boards, your our friends or soon to be friends! Ok now I feel corny and all but thats the only way I could say it right. More pics here! http://pstoc.org/board/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=5149 Also if you need another fix of Toyota goodness check out our next event in Kirkland. http://pstoc.org/board/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=5086
