Those arent actual projectors. The just stuck a domed lens in a sealed beam housing. Retrofit is guna be the only option for a projector

    ^What Joey said.
Pilot H4 7x6 headlights (plastic housing, plastic lens) go for $30 on Amazon. Extremely easy to work with, extremely to take apart, and they're a nice clear lens.

Morimoto A or B stock Mini H1's or D2S's, better than what others offer. DDM sells old **** that's not even tuned and sells them for a stupid high price.
These will be easiest to install. B-stock has tiny imperfections that doesn't meet TRS's standards, which means a tiny nick or something but most and majority of the guys I know that got the b-stock stuff were extremely impressed when the issues are so minuscule.

    Mini H1 v.6.0 = 2.5"
    Mini D2S v.3.0 (If I'm right, it is version #3.) = 3"
    FX-R 3.0 are either in 2.5" or 3"

I've heard people liking the H1's over the D2S's but they have a slight more hot spot towards the middle.
The D2S and FX-R's have quite a bit of width and much more even distribution of light.

Any of these three would be good, the FX-R's would require a handful of trimming to fit, where as the Mini series are screw in.
Alternative to the FX-R's are the Maxima's or RX350 non AFS with clear lens up grade. with some tuning these have tons of width and extremely sharp cutoff, along with even light distribution.

There's a ton of different bi-xenon projectors to choose from.

You could get an HID projector kit ordered yourself for $250-270, using b-stock, but you will know that your components will be high quality. The Morimoto xb35 ballasts are amazing, look sleek, and mount easily.

A regular a-stock setup from TRS will sit around $300. Their XB35 series of bulbs are really nice. I had their old regular 5000K bulbs and they were a night pure white, but not as much lumens as an OEM supplier bulb such as Osram (my CBI bulbs are $150-170, and deliver roughly 3400 lumens, just as much as an OEM 4300K bulbs.)
The XB35 4500K/5500K bulbs put just as much lumens and work well, for a fraction of the price of the CBI's.
