Hi guys, After searching for a new pulley and finding one at napa for $32, found out it was smaller and did not use the oem bearing spacer between the bracket and pulley, I did not want to "rig it" (washers etc.) to keep it spaced in line with the pulleys. Then finally remembered the Kaman bearing place here in town, (also on line). The oem bearing is an NSK 6204 V which Kaman has for about $6. So, with engine off lol, just break the nut on the idler pulley loose, reduce belt tension, remove the nut, lock washer, large washer and pulley with spacer. Notice which way the pulley, washers and spacer faces. Clean it up, carefully remove "C" retainer, clean it up some more, (might need to spray some breakfree etc. to help removal) and lightly tap the bushing from the backside (bushing only comes out one way). I used a 13/16 socket and a hammer, block of wood and a jack stand laying on it's side for the hole (no garage or bench), slid right out after several light taps. Install new bushing carefully, (used some lube to help it go in easier) and reinstall. $6 fix for ya', later, Tony
Update, the Kaman bearing turned out to be from China, ended up getting another one from Allied Industrial, an SKF from Argentina with USA specs, could not wait for the Koyo due to shipping, of course the next time will be a Koyo.
