Passenger side kick panel weird noise

    image.jpeg So like the title says there a weird noise coming from a little black relay looking box on the passenger side kick panel sounds like there's stuff turning in it kinda sounds like an old vcr rewinding what the hell is it lol and whys sound this way do I have to replace it I'm so confused on what the damn thing even is lol

    no idea what that is but odd that it would be making a sound. At first glance i thought it was a relay.
