dealership... only a couple years had the dash with that extra piece over the gauges . You could try a junkyard but its a extremely fragile part if its been left in the sun for 12+ years. I bought a new one from the dealer for about 150.. then I tinted my windows so I never have to buy that over again.

I have one shoot me an offer and I will see about sending it your way.. the one on my truck is painted and does not have cup holders so I was going to swap for one in my shed that is stock color and has a cup holder built in. let me know and I can spray it black for you or let you do it yourself.. its painted a little bit darker blue then my truck is.
My 93 is a base model, no radio, no cigarette lighter, vinyl floors, vinyl seat and manual steering Wouldn't the 4Runners have these dashes? James
I had to replace the same piece. I think it is called a dash bezel i could be wrong. I got mine with the kick panel for about $30-$40 at the local yard.
