Wow I'm sorry Dude that you did not get any Feedback, But if yours is anything like my 77 there are not allot of Parts you can order Check Autozone
I'm not positive is this is the right one but it might work.

The rear brake cables are not available anymore unfortunately. Mine didn't have them either and they are just no where to be found online. Luckily my local yard have one from a '77 that works, though the cable is slightly shorter than the '78 (or this one was special). You'll have to find a yota in a yard and grab one off that or see if you can find one around here.
