so.... i bought a 94 base. the cab, doors, front fenders n hood is decent for the age of the truck. i can live with them. the majority of the dings/dents is on the bed. should i invest in having the bed fixed (dent removal, bondo body work, etc) or just try to find a bed in better condition? i know after bondo i should get it painted but for the time being, all the dents n dings are bugging me n discouraging me from dumping more money into the truck.

also, the roll pan is kinda bent up but i can live with that too.

any help, coments will be subject to review :duh:

    thanks

If the bed isn't to bad any decent body shop can smooth out the bed for you it might cost a bit depending on the hours it takes to do the work ..it might save you some money if u remove the bed and let them have it .if u can live without it . Or on the other hand might find one that is decent comparable to the cab and fenders .maybe cheaper that way

thanks. ya thats what i thought -mite be better to remove it n just leave at body shop for a while. its the $$$ thats got me worried. although, finding a "good/decent" bed is difficult in general.
