on my truck i noticed, that one side is lower then the other in the back. is this dead shocks, or dead leafs?
most toyotas are like that... i even seen tacomas like that. driver's side lower without anyone in the driver's seat... mine's lower on the driverside....
driver side is lower, tuck half my tires as my passenger tucks 1/4 of my tire. rear set up, over load leaf on top, 3" blocks, and stock shocks.
Crank & adjust. I've done new shocks twice in a year, won't change height unless you got the air filled ones lol. My pass side is always a little bit lower, nothing super noticeable but it does even out when someone is in the drives seat.
Somebody just bought one of these this morning.....99% of Toyota's are like this. The battery and gas tank are on the same side and the suspension is soft. Tacoma owners call it the Taco Lean. I have a section on my website in the Blocks section that will cure this problem. They're safe to use with blocks because they bolt to the leaf pack so the block thinks it's sitting on the leaf. You'll need to make sure you have enough u-bolt threads sticking out to use the spacer otherwise you'll need new ubolts too. It will go on the higher side of the truck to lower it to match, or I can build you one custom steel block to your preferred height to raise the low side to match. Usually the spacers are 1/2" or 3/4". http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/ve...gh-quality-block-u-bolt-bump-stop-kits-11400/ Follow these easy steps below to see them. Click My signature. On the home page click Products. On the products page click Categories. Click on Blocks. Look for the Taco Lean spacers offered from 1/8" to 1.5" (1/2" & 3/4" are most common)
