Pop out the old window. Get the new one. Set it in the track. Have someone push it in from the outside. Sit inside the truck and set it in place.

Pretty much. How come you like swap out the slider though? I love mines. Open it up when driving and choke air passes through. When i had my 1pc window the truck used to be so hot i had to roll down both windows. Now i just open the rear slider, open the small triangle on both sides and can leave my windows up. Mines is extra cab though. With it like that its just like a/c and no one can see through my tint.

Wait, are we talking rear window? Any auto glass shop should be able to get it, and I paid less than $100 for mine with the gasket.

I assume he talking about the rear window. Everyone seems to want the 1pc.

And Litneon your lucky parts are so cheap up there. People sell there sliders here for $100 without gasket so imagine how much a 1pc costs. I got my extra cab window for $60 and that was cheap.

Wait. You asking about the door windows or the rear window?

My original response is for the rear window. I dunno anything about swapping door windows.

Oh door windows. I think easiest way is to swap doors.

If not i dunno if its possible. I know the 2pc doors, the tracks are different cause the triangle is there to guide the window. You could possibly swap out the tracks and cut the triangle window out, but i dunno how that would work out or if the window is still the same shape.

Maybe someone else can chime in.
