my first toyota was an 85 with a 90 4 runner front end bought it with a hole in the block for 300 bucks lowered dual flowmaster 17's i want the rims back lol
I remember when those rims came out, alot of imports had 'em here. I've always liked 'em. My first Yota was almost the exact truck i have now, a '93 std cab 2wd with the 22RE & 5 spd. The only difference was my old one was dark blue with blue interior, my current has grey interior. Sorry, no pics cause that was back in '95.
My first Toyota truck was a 86 2w, used to commute & transport my work tools into S.F.. Totaled that ride! The got my 88 2wd extra cab,that is now my show truck & drive it @ lest 3 days a week! Also have our 94 Corolla with 283,000 on it,runs great,best car I've ever owned!
yeah my next toyota i had was an 88 4wd it had over 200,000 miles a little lift took it 4wheelin all the time brakes failed once going uphill smashed the driverside bed and cab a little finally after i broke the 3rd member i decided to sell it.
My first is currently my one and only..started driving it when i was 15..my dad signed it over to me when i graduated high school at 16..Now i'm 31 and I still have it..I dont have any pics of it back in the day cuz there was no digital cameras then but i do have some good ol paper prints i'll see if i can scan the old ones. currently
We had my truck in the family for 15 years... I began driving it in 7th grade... well, around the neighborhood only. Nothing major... began driving it for real this previous year.
mine was also my first craigslist car, and like that first hit of crack i was hooked. 85 celica GT 5-speed 280-370k that engine is still running to this day with over 400k on it in a SAS 4rnr. ive had 15 toyota's since 2004 when i got that celica and drove the living piss out of it and every other one ive had. never killed one. cept to cut it up for parts. wont buy anything else until im rich.
