Ok did a transmission swap now have a few q

    ok so i went from a G40 transmission to a W56 i only have one issue the speedo drive cable is on the other side of the motor was wondering if they made a longer one cant find one anywhere... Thanks

    ok nvm i found out after i was installing i went to switch out the cable drive gear for the electronic and its about 1 inch smaller around for the hole how hard is it to swap in a electronic gauge cluster? and its a w55

    after hours of looking around i finally think i found one of the 2 parts i need to buy to complete my w55 swap it's a Speedo Sleeve out of a 89 Toyota supra P/N 33404-22010 OEM Toyota

    never mind...im an idiot. too many things on my mind at work and forgot the speedo cable is driven off the output of the trans...

    was thinking cause the 4 speed final ratio is 1:1 and the 5 speed is .85:1 that it would offset somehow...

    Top does seem a little tall doesnt it, no wonder it feels a little "lethargic" after driving my old C250TD Mercedes that I had back in England.
