Dude I hope you found a solution ?

as you see by the responce that is not a common Item people deal with.. I ran into that with a 1961 F110 and yeah $90 later had to buy a 3 foot piece to get 10inches... So when My 1976 Motor home had that issue... I found conduit to patch it with..

Sorry you did not get an answer

    Filler Hose

The guy I bought my current truck from had some idiot cut his filler hose and steal all his gas. He bought some generic hose - it has Goodyear stamped on it - and created his own hose. He gave me the spare hose when I bought the truck. He said it was cheap. All you need is the diameter.
