Newbie question: 16/17" wheels, not lowered

    I've been liking the looks of wider tires on these trucks, as shown in some of the photos here. I'm not wishing to lower my truck, but rather keep it stock height. Also, I think I'm going to need to understand the concept of spacers with wheel fitting.

    However to get to the point: in the photos I've seen on this site, those trucks which aren't significantly lowered and have tires extending slightly past the body panels... are these trucks strictly for driving on dead flat pavement, or can they handle bumps without the tires rubbing on the fender lips? How about the front tires, when turning, will they rub on the insides?

    Wide wheel+correct offset... You will probably want to lower it. Ul get sick of it bein so dam high.

    Just for an idea of wrong offset, I had some 19x8 wit a +40 offset and they rubbed the strut rod/radius arm in the front wen fully turned. Needed a lower offset

    And they can take turns and bumps. Mine is like an inch or 2 from the lip of the bed in the rear I rolled the lips cuz they rubbed very lightly on hard turns.
