Hey so I just replaced my ignition lock cylinder in my '80 2WD pickup but now it won't turn from on to start. So I either missed something or did something wrong. Hrm... Any advice? Thanks!
im assuming you had the lock and the tumbler inside the steering colum set to "acc" before you stuck it in. or at least had both set to the same setting? sounds like something didnt go back in right, its easy to mess up the steering lock tumbler (thing the end of the lock cylinder sticks into).
yeah it was the thing at the back that the cylinder fits into. it wasn't in the right position. thanks!
