As I go along I keep finding things I'm missing on this truck, so here goes:

    - Spare tire hardware. I need the bar and the handle. The truck has a spare that's chained in the bed. I'd rather have it out of the way under the truck where it belongs. Anyone have an extra for an '80?
    - Stock Keys. My key is really worn. I have a copy that works, anyone have any Toyota blanks? I see them on Ebay for Corollas and Celicas, are they the same ones?
    - Tan seatbelts. The ones I have look like someone sharpened knives on them. They're majorly frayed and dirty. I can fix the dirty part, not the frayed part.
    - Rear shackles. Ones that aren't rusted and pitted. Mine had to be sanded down majorly before I could reinstall after replacing bushings. I'd like to find a good pair, clean them up and paint them. Planning on installing them when I replace the springs. Why not make it all nice at the same time?

More later, I'm sure of it.

I might just do that. Do they have full sets (doors, ignition)? I'm looking on Ebay for a few of these things.

I found I have the bar, I'm missing the T-bar. I'm gonna stick the spare in there for now, but gotta get the T-bar to go with the truck. I have the jack, which is also useless without the T-bar! LOL!

to my knowledge, they dont, but u can get a locksmith to rekey the door locks though, but i dont mind having 2 different keys, makes it nice that i can run the truck and still lock the doors..

Well my locks are in decent shape, so I'll just get another copy made. Just thought there might be some blanks out there somewhere.

I'll probably hit the W/Y for the t-bar. Probably get them from any Toyota, I remember having the exact same thing for every truck and Celica I've had, even the Supra.

Toyota dealers still have key blanks. I just bought a set for my 1983 truck from Del Toyota in Thorndale, PA.

Oh killer. I'll hit one then, although I'm sure they'll want bank for it.

Also looking for a 24mm sway bar, they came on 1-tons, right? Just need the bar. I'll get new bushings.

Yea as long as it's not the 18mm bar, I already have that ;)

I'm just looking to get a little control in the front end after cranking the torsions down 2" and doing the ball joint flip. At very least my door handles will benefit from not being scratched as much :D

Anyone know if the spare tire hoist in the back is the same for all the models? Big suprise, mine's siezed. I hit it with WD40 and got it moving a little, but it gets 1/2 way up and just stops. If the later ones bolt in I know someone who has one. Might be worth trying anyways since it's such a small part.

    Any ideas?
