I have a 1977 Toyota Pickup body is straight, painted not too long ago... Returning to the U.S. from Iraq.. Just ordered a sidedraft carb, mild street perf camshaft and some hooker headers... Wanted some info on more possible power.. already thinkin about p&p'ng the head and getting larger valves... Hit me up!

Good start

Sound like a good start on a nice set up. For more power look into a lightened fly wheel, clutch and a rear end.What kind of sides and intake did you get?
