Hey guys! This is my first time on the forum was on the Toyota nation forums for a while and i got tired of all the 4wd stuff, So i found you guys :D. Ive owned 2 yota pickups in my life. My first was a 90 2wd 22r 4speed dull white I bought for $500 from a family friend. It was formally a napa truck so it had almost 300k on it when i bought it. My new truck is a 80 2wd 20r 4speed bright white. bought it how it sits today. right now I'm torn cause I'm tired of all its issues and problems and some days id like to sell it, but other days i love it . Any way I'm happy to be here hopefully ill lend some answers and I'm sure ill have some questions as well :) .

. . . Great pictures, nice truck! Anytime you think of selling it, remind yourself, that it has paid for itself many times over, itll continue to be reliable if you keep the basic of maintenance up on it. Doesnt mean it wont hiccup, but itll surely outlast anything I see parked around your place right now and cost a hell of alote less. All in All, thanks for sharing the pictures and congrats on your find . . .

    Hi, Stampy! :)

    Welcome aboard.

Your ride looks great! Don't give up. The one thing I'm learning about these trucks is preventive maintenance is key. They're pretty straight forward trucks. Working on them is like working on a toy! (No pun intended.) Not to mention parts for these trucks are pretty reasonably priced if you take the time to shop.

    So hang in there. :)

Just noticed you have the same skull shift knob as me.
That thing really sucks the heat out of your hand on cold mornings...i have a fuzzy golf club cover i stick over it so my hand does not freeze to it..lol

More info and pics of interior please, I'm thinking of redoing mine.
Also, is that a replacement dash pad? If it is, do you know where it was bought from?
