New to here but old to Toyota trucks

    1988 Toyota pickup 4x4, 22r / 1988 Toyota pickup 4x4 v6
    Hello to all. Just a typical old school DIY’er from Connecticut, who’s been driving, owning and working on my Toyota minis for the last 25 years. I’ve had more fun in every big snowstorm we have had but I’m tied of patching my frame and building a new Toy that will stay off of the salty roads. Had a 1980 with a Buick V6, adapter from Downey off road? Is that place still in existence? After that it’s been all 84 to 88 styles, 22r and 3.0. I’m starting a new project in the next couple days and thought I’d join this forum, learning more and meeting people with similar interests.
