I just got my engine rebuild kit from engnbldr. Do i need a shop to install my new pistons on to my stock rods or is this something I can do myself. Pistons came with new pins and bushings.

The wrist pins are a floating style pin, held in the piston with wrist pin clips, so the pistons can be installed on your stock rods by just removing the clips, disassemble, and sliding the assembly back togetherand reinstalling the clips.
If you plan on installing the new bushings its best to have a machine shop press them in and then hone to the finished clearance.

ps. the rod and piston both have a front that faces the front of the engine, make sure they go back together the correct way
