I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself since this site seems to be the place to be for early Toyota truck enthusiast. For the past 30 years I have been into the Vintage German car scene starting out with VW bugs, and ending with the recent sale of my 1972 BMW 2002. I have had an interest in vintage Japanese cars for some time now and have recently began the search for a 1969-71 Hilux truck. I live in San Diego now so if anyone has any leads on where I can find an original condition rust free truck please let me know. I really want to keep my search in the SoCal area.
