Hello! I just purchased a 1984 Toyota 1/2 ton PU. First vehicle I have owned that wasn't a tuned compact Honda, so i have plenty to learn! Current plans are to just get everything back up to par and learn a bit about the vehicle. Long term, maybe a little more power, 5-speed transmission, wheels, slightly larger tires, and of course a nice flat white paint job. (ill get the pics up when i figure out how to do it on this site)
Thank you for the warm welcome! I should be getting it registered and putting a tag on it this week. I figured i would start with the basics as far as getting the vehicle back to par. ~oil, filter, spark plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor, air filter, flush coolant and check thermostat. Any other tips, corrections, or ideas are welcome! EDIT : (^maybe i should start this part in a new thread?^)
