Hello everybody, new member from NYC with a new to me '87 pickup 1 ton, 170,100 miles. The truck had been used as work truck since new it had been pretty well maintained until recently. Figuring it was worth more in scrap it was waiting to be picked up by the scrap yard when I saved it. I have changed the plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor, changed the valve cover gasket I have a table full of parts waiting to go on from new shocks to all new bushings for the front end. I also picked up a new Cat but haven't made a decision on a muffler. I need new mirrors as well.
