Hi guys, I've got a 1993 22RE 2WD SB that I have owned since Y2K, and it is a simple commuter and hauler pod. I do all my own work on it, and keep the engine bay cleaner than either the interior or exterior. I had two 1979 Hiluxes before this one, and will have a Hilux until I die. I hate the newer, bulgier, more porcine Toyotas, and until Toyota decides to bring in a mini truck again (maybe when gas hits 7 bucks a gallon?) I will keep this beastie on the road. You can see a photo here:
Aren't my photos visible? I linked to one in my first post which is on the gallery, and my avatar photo (me holding a starter in front of my truck) is also in the gallery.
Here ya go, his truck... A friend of mine back in high school, his dad had almost the exact same truck. The only difference was his was a '90. That truck got me hooked on 'em. This might help in the future, a good way to post pics.... http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/site-suggestions-13/diy-posting-pics-pics-5029/
Thanks, guys I will endeavor to use Photobucket in the future. My only concern is that Photobucket seems to have some sort of half-life, that after awhile the photos go away. This is infuriating when you come upon a great DIY post from some time ago, and all the photos are no longer accessible.
Thats because the person that placed those pics on the thread forget they posted them, and later on move the photo in their photobucket account and now the link don't work...
