Hi folks. Im a big fan of old toyotas and getting to know mine up close and personal pretty quickly. Im actually in the market to buy a truck soon, but am currently the owner of an 81 Corona. I just did a full gasket change, plugs, wires, cap, router, battery and fuel filter while I put in a remanufactured cylinder head with some help from my brother. I even wet sanded, polished and re-badged my valve cover for added HP. Im getting the cooling system flushed out now and dropping the pan before the 3rd and final oil change this week.

I joined the forum even though i own a car and not a truck, because you all seem like knowledgable folks and i plan on keeping my corona along with a 22r powered pickup forever. they obviously share many of the same parts, so I figured you'd all let me sneak in. I should be great sharing experiences and learning from some OG's when repairs need to be made.
