whats up everyone? i am new to this forum and i am from oahu hawaii!! i just sold my 91 4x4 toyota and picked up a 93 mini!! im loving it so far!! mods so far... 93 22r 149k brand new "blurple" paint red clear tailights chrome bumpers + valence chrome mirrors/ door handles clear turn signals(need corners) h4 conversion headlights (w/ green leds at night) crank torsions with 3in drop blocks (stock shocks) haha 18" C5 racing hart rims 40 series tires straight pipe with 40 series flowmasters black integra GSR leather seats garet steering wheel panasonic indash dvd player rockford fosgare 400watt amp (mids/highs) mids/highs-->alpine type s 5.5 w/ kicker tweeters bass/mids-->mtx 500.2 (2 alpine type r 6x9's for now) blue LED's in cluster/ a/c controls / courtesy lights 5 in monster tach w/ blue LED (needs to be installed) a/c blows cold!!! (please excuse my friends nissan hard body hahah) im looking forward on continuing my quest for my perfect yota!!
thanks everyone!! heres all the interior pics... here in hawaii it is suprisingly rare to find a bagged truck let alone a CHERRY toyota... soo cherry bagged yotas are like UNICORNS literally... there are a lot more nissan hardbodies, mazda b2200's, and s10's running around.. thats y i am proud to be running toyota!! just letting everyone know about the mini truckin scene here in the islands.. its pretty big but it takes the backseat to the racing and drifting scene here...

808 minis When I was in Oahu last October, my wife and I saw a Toyota Camary dragging down the strip and throwing sparks at Waikiki beach. That was a surprise. The next day we went to Hanauma Bay to go snorkeling, and passed a parking lot that was full of racers and minitrucks. About 5 cars to every truck, but alot of minitrucks for sure. I was very impressed with the number of minitrucks that were customized on the island. But the most impressive vehicle I saw, was a 70ish Volkswagon Bug with a blown small block in it. I had never seen a Bug with a engine in the front before, let alone one that has a blower as tall as the roof. That car could be heard for blocks. It also had a sick paint job on it and appeared to be a candy rubarb color. (pinkish red) Kinda hard to explain but a unusual color. You ever seen that bug before? We had a great time on your Island, and plan on going back soon. Keep on truckin.
The truck sceen is growing here . The last cruz I went to, we filled the Home Depot parking lot. That veebub belongs to an old timer that usually hangs with the hot rodders. They like to hang at Wendys or the local drive inn.
