well i have always been a muscle car and sports compact car person, until i bought an old 86 regular cab 2wd 5-speed yoda as a work truck. it has served me well with 250K on the motor and stil running strong. i want to start building the truck nothing to what u see in magazines just a nice little cruiser that still gets work done and hauls junk to the yard. i want to put on some of the following but am having a hard time finding what i need so maybe you guys can help me?

    • 1
i want smoked head lights and tail lights
    • 2
would like to find the best light housings for an HID conversion without a really bad beam that blinds every other driver.
    • 3 i want a new front bump and a roll pan for the rear
    • 4 i want to lower it but have a quality not TOO bumpy ride so i dont want a put blocks. ill spend the cash for a good leaf spring shocks set
      • 5 the paitn will be the last thing but i want a really nice blue that will match some really hot 5-10 spoke 15inch gun metal rims.

so i hope u guys can help me i looked through the forum for a lot of these but didn't really find anything that fit my needs to well. thanks for having me and look forward to many many post

    Welcome to ToyotaMinis!

I just lowered mine this weekend. Used Belltech 2" drop spindles in front (great ride), 3" blocks in back ( a little bumpy), with Toxic shocks front and rear (great shocks).

As far as the bumper, I bought a whole new chrome front end from a local junk yard. Not quite OE quality, but still looks good. Only paid $245 for chrome 3 pc. grille, chrome bumper, painted valance, and bumper brackets (all new).
