I bought a 1983 toyota pickup in jan when I got back from Afghanistan. Unfortunatetly that truck is now parked with a bad tranny and a frame that I'm shocked got me from Tn to Mi where I live. It is beyond rusted. In some places there is only the top portion of the boxed frame left.

welcome! dont worry i was surprised to see my frame was as bad in my 82, just dont give up hope on it! its not to hard to come across a nice frame at the junkyards if you look hard enough. once you get it to the point where you feel safe driving it you will fall in love with it i promise!
