Alright so For some reason my driver side front wheel has negative camber. it hasnt been lowered or anything. Is there anything i can do on my own out on the driveway to fix this?

Also what size and what tools do i need to crank down the torsion bars??

sounds kinda like a bushing or possibly a ball joint has gone bad

    for the upper balljoint :
leave the truck on ground like it sits now
grab the top of wheel and pull back and forth

it really shouldnt move all that much
if it does then it probably needs replacing

yea, sounds like it could be a few areas..... ball joint/s could be bad, bushings, wheel bearings, it could also be that maybe some of the UCA's shims may have fallen out causing the adjustment to go whack.....
