need torque specs please

    need torque specs for 93 v6 pickup 4x4 upper ad lower ball joints/ pitman arm / idler arm.I used specs from my haynes manual and broke a bolt not sure if it was bad specs / bad torque wrench or bad bolt please help the yota needs off the jack stands:shrug:
