sorry guys i been gone for so long...kinda been just been laying low, taking the boat out fishing and what not. I tried selling the titan a month or so ago, got some nice cash offers but I couldnt let it go. So Im going to fix it up a little and see if I can love it some more since shes almost paid off. getting new coil overs and brakes...and im going to finish the body work finally.. Just stuck on what color to paint it... im going to post a few pics that will show you similar colors I want but Im not going to copy the design of these trucks. and ill post a picture of its current state. also if it helps, the rims are black, black tint, blue hids, and the interior lights are factory orange.. 1- paint it the factory color 2- black and monster green 2 tone 3- black and Harley Davidson orange 2 tone 4- camo paint / or wrap And by the way, my toyota is sitting quietly in storage waiting for her new heart. ( gunna be a v8 chevy with a 6 speed manual, youll see how wild it is when its done )
I voted monster green and black. I think it would be pretty sick if you did... Actually let me see if I can find what I'm thinking about.
Like this! But black and green. It's the look when you drip dye into water. I would have that rolling backward from the start of the truck.
Anyone who's good at airbrushing should be able to do it. Or you can get it in a wrap like you were talking about with the camo.
true, I think youve got a good idea because ive never seen it done but i dont know what it would look like on the side of the truck
Sup bro! Long time... I voted for the factory stuff... The others are cool but, then you'd have to match the interior and such and that will just cost more $$$....
thats what I was also thinking but the interior i have will go good with just about any color. Plus later down the road if I keep it long enough I want to get katskinz leather done inside. I know its been too long, I saw your motor man it looks like it screams !
lol the factory color does have some metalic flake to it, but im not going to repaint the whole truck just to add some gold flake lol.
Then again, little details like that realy make the difference. Plus with the stock blue color you avoid painting door trim and engine compartment as well as the inside of your bed if not already lined. Some gold flake would make it really pop and you could avoid painting the door trim and other areas.
bed is line-x but I get your point. I dont think I would like the gold flake, im not really into that or chrome.
it'd be nice and subtle. you'd be surprised how well it'd look people will be like nice paint. they step up and look closer and be like, GADDAYUMN!
