Doesn't read at all? Probably a wire either got disconnected or cut. I'm not sure if there's a fuse for that or not but worth a check. I doubt the sensor died but I guess it could happen.
thought mine didnt work until one day it almost over heated.. my truck just runs cold enough for it to not read on the display
