Its called a Rollpan. You can buy them from many places but a few well known companies are
    Rollpans.com and Grantkustoms.com

You need to remove your current bumper ( I think maybe 2 or 4 bolts) Buy a Rollpan for your specific truck. Weld in new rollpan. There might be a bit more cutting and removing of original truck (sometimes behind the bumper there is still a piece of sheetmetal from the bed that needs cut sometimes to make the rollpans mount flush.

I could probably toss some pics up later today I have a rollpan not installed with my bumper off so maybe could give an idea. However Im sure if you use the search function and enter Rollpan or Rollpans it would probably give you a few threads to read through on how others did it and pics.

I went through my build thread. Go to page 10 there is a pic of the rollpan placed on truck (its just sitting there)

On page 15 there is a pic towards the bottom of what is should look like when you remove the bumper, as you can see there is a piece that runs across the bottom thats kind of indented from the rest of the body, this needs cut out to make the rollpan sit perfectly flush with the rearend.

If you need better pics I can get them
