I was wondering if anyone knew where this plug connects to? It's on passenger side harness coming headlight harness area and drops down the side of the radiator. Car has no ac or power steering.

Is it for the washer fluid?

 

Yea I think that's exactly what that is

 

I just confirmed it on my own hilux... it is for the windshield washer tank pump !
