There is a long standig New Years Eve tradition in my village Malesso. Raise as much hell as you can. Weather it be blowing shet up, shooting automatic weapons into the air, or "sampling" your truck. When somebody tells you to SAMPLE that means burn out your tires. It's a Guam thing. So this year I didn't want to break my nice 87 so I found a good deal on a broken 89. I changed the timing chain, guides, tensioner, stater, radiator, and carb. It started right up and ran great. My plan was to sample it and test the motor. If the motor can hold up then it is worth pulling out and being put into one of my other projects that needs a good motor. So here is the truck. New Yeats Eve

Looks like fun dont it? The good news is my truck not only survived it was one of the stars of the show. I went thru 3 tires in like an hour. We looked like freekin Nascar swaping out tires on the side of the road. That was only one spot in th village you saw but tjere were many more. Its like freekin Mardi Gra down here. Whenever I would pass by averyone would be yelling "break it" I sure as hell tried. It was a blasy cant wait till next year
