ok took the bed off my 93 yota dlx pickup last night when i put it back on my speedometer has quite working if anyone has any info on what to check and what could have happened please help

 

Check ur cable..it might have broke.i had that happen to me as i was driving down the road, had to pull it off at the transmission to check it and sure enough it drop the broke piece right out with i pulled it off..

 

no cable its electric and the sensor looks fine

 

best thing i can say is do a continuity check, make sure the wire is still good, other than that...u just might have a bad sensor..i take it u checked the fuses also, i know this is a stupid question but never hurts to atleast ask..

 

checked everything it has to be the sensor figures just got it on the road to day and the speedo goes out on it who needs one of them lol thanks for the help man

 

lol i didn have a speedo forever its been hiddin under my dash lol i had to climb under it to see how much gas i had lol you dont need one

 

heres the update took the truck out to see how it was running and the ******* speedo works i give up lol

 

Lol maybe it was just a bad connection and all the playin around you did with the sensor fixed it. Dont you just love electrical problems!

 

lol, go figure..my buell has an chargin prob but everytime i go to find what the prob its workin agian...grr..
