So this 1994 Toyota Pickup Base 2WD is my daily driver that my parents bought for me when I needed transportation to and from work when I turned 16. My parents and I have put a love into this truck to make it look and run as well as it does today. When I got it there were no two body panels that were the same color, the bumpers were rusted, the grill was cracked, it had a massive oil leak, no A/C, etc. etc.

I've had it for about 5 years now and it's a completely different car. The easier question to answer would be what didn't we do to it? We painted it. As opposed to rebuilding the motor we swapped a new 22-RE. Got AC put into it. Upgraded the speakers in the dash and installed some in the doors. All new suspension components (because everything was pretty much rusted.

Now I'm getting into the mini truck game since I've payed my parents back over the years and the truck is mine. I'm planning on doing the bell tech 444sp lowering kit, DJM control arms, and slapping some 15x10's on her. So far the only thing's I've done to the truck are cosmetic, but I did put an eBay intake kit her (just for the sound and possibility of better mileage lol).

But yeah enough of my jargon. If any of you guys are in the SoCal area hit me up and lets cruise. IMG_0855.JPG IMG_0859.JPG IMG_0902.JPG IMG_0908.JPG IMG_1013.JPG IMG_0855.JPG IMG_0859.JPG IMG_0902.JPG IMG_0908.JPG IMG_1013.JPG

P.S. Does anyone know what wheels these are? They came with my truck when I bought it and I've never been able to identify them.

Wow man you've done fantastic work in just 5 years. Definitely keep it up we're excited to have you on board.

I think those wheels are old Jeep wheels. ...I'm not positive, but I've seen them all over toyotas.

Edit: Stock 15x7 jeep cherokee. :waytogo:

I hear you. I didn't know it at the time but now that I do I wish I still had my ford explorer aluminum wheels. Now I have some super heavy crager 16x8s. Mileage dropped to about 18 with my 31s.

I'm getting 14-16 mpg right now. I'm struggling to find some (lighter than my current wheels) 15x9's or 15x10's that aren't going to cost me an arm and a leg, but too be honest I'm not too knowledgable on wheel companies so I don't really know what is out there.

Aero wheels are cheap, light and available in a pile of colors and pretty much every backspacing you could ever need. Check speedwaymotors.com and summitracing.com they both carry them.
