Bagged Frt/Rr want to Z the front, so if anyone local to Riverside Lake Mathews Ca area hit me up! I'm interested in finding out how much it will run for good quality work.

Ministock
Class is pretty much how it sounds you take a stock pre 98 or older truck and add 2.5" of shock per wheel and limit the shock travel to 9" in the front and 11" in the rear and motor must remain stock EFI/Carb are both allowed. The rules are on Lucas Oil Regionals Web site.

31'' generals on the ministock? Do they rub on the inner fender/firewall at full bump? Are you on stock leafs in the back?

Thank you! Yes it was, I was going to just part the truck out for my race truck. But I got it running and cleaned it up some. And before I knew it I was having fun driving it..!

 

31" Mickythompson, but I'm going to race on 27" these are just my back yard testing tires. They don't rub when turning, they rub at full bottom out, especially since all the body mounts have been removed and the whole cab was moved back an inch and down, so now the cab is attached to the chassis. We also cut the firewall wells back and added steel where it was needed. Stock leafs in the rear with one spring pulled. the truck is really lite.

DAMN! 27s and a 5:30 gear out back? That thing has to be singing at speed. Do you even have to use 1st gear?
And if you're getting 11'' of travel out of the stock leafs? I desperately need to redo my rear setup. With deavers, I'm getting a hair under 14'' strapped.

 

Both are awesome I would love to have a long travel truck but I have enough projects as it is

 

You have to remember we are racing on a dirt track, and sliding and controlling the slide is what makes you fast in this class. Also this class is know for who ever lets off the gas first loses. I only use two gears in the race. If you use more your truck isn't set up right for the track.

 

This class requires a max rev limit of 6k.

 

I know what you mean! I also have a RZR XP4 that I use as my long travel ride. The Yota's cost to much to get the ride I get out of my RZR.

 

Took the mini out for a Sunday cruise! I love the looks it gets now with the new ESR wheels.

 

Man what a difference wheels and tires can make...
