my 85 pick up

    i am in processof pulling my motor torebuild it and whats the easiet way to get the manifold off? would it be easier to unbolt it from the block or take the exhaust off the manifold? can someone help me out please

    by my experience,it's usually easiest to cut the bolts off the flange between the manifold and exhaust

    Yea that's what I was thinking. I got 2 bolts out and the 3rd one will not break lose. So that's prob what I'm gonna have to do. You no where I can find another 22r for cheap?

    a little propane torch on those things and they will loosen right up most of the time.
