Has anyone tried these wheels on? I know the PCD fits, but wondering about the offset.

BTW, I stole these pix off the net. I don't own any wheels yet.

Yea, mine are off a Lincoln MK7 LSC. They have slightly less dish (so more offset) than the 01-03 sport wheels above.

I like em, but I have a feeling they will stick out bad on your truck.

    Mines.....

Awesome! Thanks for the input guys. Yeah, it does look like the rims would be too wide...
Man, MK7 LSC is a really rare find for wheels. Harder than a Gran Marquis.

It's hard to purchase wheels just by looking at a picture of the wheel itself

I'm posting this on a lot of threads, sorry if it's too much but I've been compiling info for a while.

Just so you guys know, there are three different "versions" of these 16" wheels....

The Crown Victoria version has a double stepped lip, and a lower offset (more poke). The mesh "spokes" are made to look like they overlap, and the star pattern around the lugs in the middle has a straight solid border.

There are two different Lincoln/Mercury versions, from the Grand Marquis or Towncar, maybe the MKVII. One version (V1) has a single stepped lip, higher offset (less poke). The other version (V2) has a double stepped lip like the crown vic, and a lower offset (more poke). The mesh "spokes" are FLAT, they look more like ENKEI 92's, and the star pattern around the lugs in the middle has a jagged edge.

I ended up getting the Lincoln/Mercury version, two of each, so I can have a staggered set. On my '78, the rear hubs are tucked further under the bed, so both front and back will be flush with the fenders, and the rear wheels will have more lip. Good luck with your search!!

I have the low offset Crown Vics on mine, they fit the rear of my '73 perfect!

They don't fit too well up front because the front clip was rebuilt with S13 240sx suspension and is wider...
