Where are you guys buying your lowering blocks? I have Schucks/O Rilley's, NAPA, and autozone around here and all of them carry blocks but the have the small guide pins and my yota has big guide pins.

Got mine at pepboys. They fit right on. I may need to shim the top pin later on to fit snug in the axle. But i aint worrying too much right now. Cant drive it anyway... lol

I bought my $30 3" lowering blocks and bolts from Autozone.

Place the lowering blocks between the centering blocks and leafs.

I drilled out the hole bigger and then made a spacer to make the pin bigger, fits perfect. There are pics in my project thread

Beware of the cast blocks, steel or alloy. They will break or atleast wear down from the spring pearch then wobal out the pin.Check out beefs stuff it looks good and soild.

Haha... yours was "ass in the air" but mine was "ass on the ground.":D I was "stargazing" for a day because I didn't have access to a impact gun to do a torsion drop so mine was opposite of yours. I actually did the torsions today. I will do a new post with pics if anyones interested to look. Oh btw I got some alluminum blocks from Pep Boys. I got a homie that has the same kind and he's had them for about 2 yrs and haven't cracked or anything. I tried to get a hold of beefed for his steel blocks since he lives close but he never responded. The ones at Auto Zone should be fine.

I threw my 3's on tonight, but I think I have some axle wrap or something.... ****s not right. It was to dark to try and figure it out tonight but I THINK that I didn't line up the upper pin on the block with the axle. Is that something that could cause an issue?

most likely. evenly torqueing down the nuts on the bolts helps too.

Oh, I removed the helper spring too, I think the bolt that holds them all together might be too long also and could be hitting the base plate that everything bolts to, Imma go to the parts store and get a shorter bolt to replace it with too..... see if that helps ;)
