i finally decided to start a build up thread. i want my truck to be a resto modded type of theme, i wanna keep some of the old yota stuff but add a twist but we will see how that goes.well anyways here are some pics as of right now. some random parts i just picked up.... well thats all for now ill keep you guys updated
Man that truck of yours looks very clean! When I get my few rust spots fixed all I need to do is find a motor. I have 4 inch blocks mono leaf (notched) and torsions cranked all the way out. Like to have a 6/8 static drop daily driver.:meemee
my plans are to lower it 3 inches all the way around, remove rear bumper, get it painted (its peeling in a few spots) do body work, re-upholster it, clean up the engine bay and fix the leaks. i also need to put in new front bushings. thanks for the compliments guys
yes those are 3 inch blocks and the stripping and wipers came off a donor truck also took the dash from. you can get the weather stripping from safe lite auto glass or anywhere like that but they might have to order it.
ya it should be easy but im an 18 year old who works full time nd school at night so i usuallly dont have time. i love working on cars but when i get the chance to work on my truck the appartment complex i live in always b****hes about it.
