    Hey everyone,
I’m in search of some outer door handles for my 71. The driver side broke where it connects to the linkages in the door. Any leads on them would be much appreciated. Also looking for door locks with key!
    Thank you

I tried but it ended up failing. I’ll try it again if I can’t find a handle

Hmm, how about a buttress/plate reinforcement of some sort?

Have you compared it to the 2nd gen Hilux door handle yet? I wonder if Toyota kept the same part going to the next model because they look pretty similar. You can find 2nd gen RN20 Hilux handles on eBay

Dang. Well I'll keep an eye out if I see anything in my random internet searching.

Hey btw please post up more pics of your Hilux build, that thing is badass. Would love to see how you finished up the Corolla suspension and the linked rear without chopping into bed space

If you ever figure out how to repair your broken handle, do a write up on it and post it. I saved my broken door handle just in case I ever try fixing it.
