Currently got a 75 longbed, but it unfortunately only came with the shortbed tub fitted. This means that between the rear of the cab and front of the tub there is a big gap:(
The probability of finding a longbed tub in Australia is pretty slim so thought I might try modding/shortening the chassis.
Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to achieve this or how easy it would be?
    thanks

Cut the frame and find a short box driveshaft. or take shaft to shop for shortening.

    Or...

Extend the cab... Extend the bed... Put a tool box or something 'cool' in that gap...
